Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas in LA RIBERA seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our East Cape location.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a department head in F&B, 2+ years in a luxury hotel, fluent Spanish and English, and strong Micros/Opera knowledge. This role offers a competitive package and career development.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage as a department head.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera systems.
• Able to operate computer equipment and software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and guest service orientation.
• Guest-centric approach to hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on service quality.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance.
• Monitor service standards and ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Control labor, inventory, and operating costs while supporting revenue goals.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and company policies are followed.
