Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers in delivering exquisite food and beverage service to our guests. The role requires knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and the ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English.

You will work in a luxury resort environment, manage high guest volumes, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. A strong team player with reliable schedule availability is essential.

Formación

• Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Well ability to communicate with others.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously.
• Schedule availability.

Responsabilidades

• The Server Assistant will be the main support of the servers to provide food and beverage service to guests.
• Guide guests in the outlet concept and products, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
