Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas in LA RIBERA seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our East Cape location.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a department head in F&B, 2+ years in a luxury hotel, fluent Spanish and English, and strong Micros/Opera knowledge. This role offers a competitive package and career development.

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage as a department head.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera systems.
• Able to operate computer equipment and software.

• Guest-centric approach to hospitality.

About the role of Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for effectively leading and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role serves as a positive role model for the team by implementing, monitoring, and continuously enhancing service standards, procedures, and best practices. The successful candidate will foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor and enhance service quality, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Control labor, inventory, and operating costs while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
• A minimum of three (3) years working in Food & Beverage as a department head
• Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Requires Knowledge in Micros and Opera System
• Requires knowledge of how to operate computer equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
