ResortCom International is seeking a Member Services Reservations Agent in Mexico to support reservations and related services. You will handle calls in English and Spanish, assist with payments and offer personalized vacation options, aiming to deliver world-class guest experiences across our resort network.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Formación

• Bilingual English–Spanish required; strong communication in both languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high sales environment with strong customer service.
• Proper phone etiquette and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for reservations and related services.
• Provide World Class service per ResortCom Call Quality model.
• Resolve customer issues with proper research and ownership.
• Educate members on resort amenities, activities, products and services.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Attend and complete required compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
