Jobtailor in Mexico City seeks a travel reservations agent to handle domestic and international bookings, design personalized itineraries, and resolve issues with empathy. You will communicate travel options clearly, manage changes and cancellations, and maintain high service quality across multiple systems.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, experience in travel reservations, and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite schedule in Mexico City with reliable internet and transportation.

Formación

• Must communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
• Experience in travel reservations, bookings, changes, cancellations, or related customer-service environments
• Ability to work across multiple systems and meet quality and performance metrics
• Hybrid onsite schedule in Mexico City; reliable transportation and internet

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service through high-volume inbound calls
• Create and manage domestic and international reservations for flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Design personalized itineraries based on customer preferences
• Explain travel options, policies, and premium services clearly
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and service requests
• Resolve disruptions with empathy and ownership
• Navigate multiple booking and CRM systems simultaneously
• Protect confidential customer and payment information
• Follow quality, security, and servicing procedures
• Meet performance expectations for quality and customer satisfaction
