You will collaborate across teams, communicate in English and Spanish, manage administrative consoles, and provide remote support. 3-5 years of IT experience and a degree are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related IT role.
• Experience handling multiple projects and collaborating with teams.
• Proficiency with OS installation and maintenance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Experience using administrative consoles and IT infrastructure tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the plant with IT services: software, hardware, networks, and infrastructure.
• Catalog hardware, software and data for lifecycle management.
• Deploy OS, applications and security patches at scale.
• Distribute updates, patch vulnerabilities and supervise devices remotely.
• Manage user permissions via administrative consoles and tools.
• Provide remote maintenance and support across devices.
• Coordinate user access and manage security camera systems.
• Troubleshoot IT issues quickly and effectively.
• Offer technical support and end-user training.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend IT investments.
