The Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Baxter Healthcare - Welch Allyn de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V.

will apply engineering techniques to sustain and improve mechanical device manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment in Tijuana. You will design fixtures, drive process validation and lead manufacturing transfers as needed. Qualifications include a degree in engineering, at least 3 years in manufacturing with Lean methodologies, and bilingual Spanish-English.

Formación

• Engineering degree required or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with Lean methodologies.
• Bilingual Spanish-English.

Responsabilidades

• Supports and mentors colleagues, designers, and technicians on manufacturing processes.
• Lead portions of projects including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Integrate existing processes and develop continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Design and implement production fixtures/tools and inspection equipment.
• Plan capacity, maintenance, and track production performance and downtime.
