Baxter Healthcare - Welch Allyn de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist the manufacturing plant with software, hardware, networks, and infrastructure. The role emphasizes lifecycle management, OS deployments, and security patches.

You will collaborate across teams, communicate in English and Spanish, manage administrative consoles, and provide remote support. 3-5 years of IT experience and a degree are expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related IT role.
• Experience handling multiple projects and collaborating with teams.
• Proficiency with OS installation and maintenance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Experience using administrative consoles and IT infrastructure tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the plant with IT services: software, hardware, networks, and infrastructure.

• Distribute updates, patch vulnerabilities and supervise devices remotely.

• Troubleshoot IT issues quickly and effectively.
• Offer technical support and end-user training.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend IT investments.

• Catalog hardware, software, and data for comprehensive lifecycle management.
• Deploy operating systems, applications, and security patches on a large scale.
• Distribute updates, patch vulnerabilities, and supervise devices remotely.
• Manage user permissions and access through administrative consoles and tools.
• Provide remote maintenance and support, accessing PCs whether on or off.
• Coordinate user access and manage security camera systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Offer technical support and training to users.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and recommend IT investments.
