Remote Hero is seeking a bilingual Intake Specialist/Receptionist to manage client intake and provide live English-Spanish translation for immigration consultations. The role requires sharp organizational skills and professional front-desk handling to support the legal team.

The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative duties while ensuring accurate, confidential communication with clients and lawyers during EST core hours.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with native-level fluency.
• Experience with lead intake in a law firm (personal injury or immigration) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and calendar management abilities.
• Proficient with Zoom for live translation sessions.
• Available during core hours M–F, EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Reception: primary receptionist handling inquiries professionally.
• Bilingual Translation Support: provide live translation between attorney and clients over Zoom.
• Scheduling Management: set up initial calls and consultations for the legal team.
• Follow-up: maintain routine follow-ups to minimize no-shows.
• Administrative Support: assist with intake workflows and related tasks.
