• Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct initial intake interviews to assess legal needs.
• Guide qualified clients through intake and sign-up.
• Collect, verify, and document client information with attention to detail.
• Prepare and process intake documents per firm procedures.
• Ensure forms and agreements are properly completed and filed.
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system.
• Provide outstanding customer service in sensitive conversations.
• Follow up with prospective clients as appropriate.
• Assist with client feedback and reputation management initiatives.
• Build relationships with referral sources and internal teams.
• Protect client confidentiality and comply with firm policies.
