• Experience preparing intake docs via DocuSign and following procedures.
• Familiar with using a phone system to manage inbound calls and respond promptly.
• Reliable, responsive and available during scheduled working hours.

Responsabilités

• Handle bilingual client intake calls following provided scripts.
• Enter intake information into Filevine and create new attorney review cases.
• Prepare intake documentation and PDFs with DocuSign for client signature.
• Use the Ringer phone system to manage calls and respond promptly.
• Maintain punctual responsiveness throughout working hours.
