Integon is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mexico to handle questions from customers and agents, maintaining strong relationships between policyholders and the insurer. The role involves guiding customers through policy information and processing requests with care.

Candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish), customer-focused, and capable of multitasking across multiple systems. Call center experience and knowledge of insurance are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle questions and issues from customers and agents to maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Answer calls, explain existing policies, and advise on next steps.
• Record call details, process policy changes, handle billing questions and payments.
