Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, invites you to join as a Customer Service Representative in Mexico. You’ll be the main contact between policyholders and agents, handling inquiries, changes, and guidance on insurance decisions.

You will work in a bilingual environment, use Microsoft Office, and thrive on problem-solving, empathy, and teamwork to deliver reliable protection and a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of customer and agent inquiries, issues, and errors, and determine the best next step.
• Answer incoming calls and provide clear guidance on existing policies.
• Document call details, process policy changes, and assist with billing questions.
• Support policy changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service.
