GKN Sinter Metals Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and service support to ensure a positive experience. You will work with sales, production, and logistics to maintain records in the CRM and provide product information.

You will interact in English and Spanish, support process improvements, and assist with administrative tasks as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration) is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Empathy and ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer orders, provide order status updates, and manage changes or cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless service.
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the customer service department.
