Ria Money Transfer in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Revenue Analyst II to support pricing and revenue operations, protecting margin while enabling market share growth. This role focuses on processing FX, fees, commissions, and agent economics, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and profitability.

You will monitor agent profitability across corridors, build reporting in Excel and Power BI, and support cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, Operations, Treasury, and BI teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written essential).
• Advanced MS Excel skills with large datasets and structured models.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; identify errors, gaps and risk drivers in pricing.
• Highly organized and self-managed; prioritize in high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with FX concepts, pricing mechanics and benchmarking (experience in money transfer a plus).
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with ticketing/workflow tools (Zendesk, Jira or similar).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and process a high volume of case-based requests via email and Zendesk.
• Perform FX, fee, and commission analysis to support profitable growth.
• Monitor agent profitability and propose corrective actions based on economics.
• Understand payer costs and settlement/funding costs in origin markets.
• Support revenue optimization across a portfolio of agents by corridor, region and competition.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking and local market intelligence on pricing pressures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and BI with clear documentation and recommendations.
• Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reporting outputs for KPIs and trends.
• Apply product economics to remittances and related services to increase competitiveness.
• Escalate complex cases with complete context and required inputs.
