Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Cabo San Lucas is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, guiding them through the outlet concept and menu to ensure memorable experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels, strong service standards, and proficiency in Spanish and English. You will work under pressure in a high-volume setting and be part of the Four Seasons familia.

Formación

• Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Mastery in stressful situations and maintaining high-level service quality.
• High ability to communicate with others.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language.
• Proactive.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Schedule availability

Responsabilidades

• Provide food and beverage service to guests and clients, guiding them in the outlet concept and products to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Ensure correct setup of the salon before, during, and after service periods.
• Learn and follow the service sequence established under FS standards.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues.
• Give recognition to guests and clients.
• Process and ensure charges on bills presented to clients.
