Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage end‑to‑end procurement and material flow.

You will create and track purchase orders, coordinate with intercompany plants and external suppliers, and oversee international shipments and customs documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel and English skills, with exposure to JD Edwards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, international logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• Understanding of international logistics and transportation.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Issue purchase orders to intercompany plants and external suppliers.
• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery dates, and lead times.
• Manage purchase order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests.
• Escalate supply risks and delivery delays.
• Monitor open purchase orders through final receipt and backlog.
• Coordinate supplier pickups with freight forwarders and track shipments.
• Coordinate all documentation required for importation and customs clearance.
