Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Mexico City to manage end-to-end logistics, ensure timely fulfillment, and optimize processes.

You will handle order processing in ERP/MRP systems, coordinate global and regional replenishment, and navigate customs and distribution requirements to support customer satisfaction. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Salesforce desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI.
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (LEAN/Six Sigma desirable).
• Skilled in supplier management and negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order processing in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with global and regional teams to coordinate product fulfillment and replenishment.
• Navigate complex customs, tax, and distribution requirements in local and regional markets.
• Monitor and evaluate logistics partners’ performance for shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control and distribution management in SAP or related systems.
• Support global and regional projects such as system rollouts, compliance initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, account management, and after-sales support (including spare parts and consumables).
• Track and review order entries, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and performance dashboards (KPIs).
• Participate in audits and quality management processes as required.
• Collaborate on training and development to ensure technical competence within the team.
• Propose ideas for improving procedures and customer service.
