Redwood Logistics is seeking a Freight Claims Specialist to file and resolve freight claims promptly, respond to inquiries, and perform monthly aging reviews. • Maintain accurate records of claims, inquiries, and resolutions, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with the freight claims team to share information, address complex claims, and continuously improve claims processes.

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MX Time) with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

Freight Claims Specialist working within Redwood Logistics, you will be responsible for ensuring that all freight claims are filed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position is responsible for filing claims within five business days of receipt, responding to carrier and customer inquiries promptly, and managing their assigned tickets. The Freight Claims Coordinator will also complete monthly reviews of claims that are over 90 days old, collaborating with the broader team to address any outstanding issues. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.
