ProTrans is seeking an Expediting Specialist to coordinate expedited transportation services from pickup through delivery and to act as a primary contact among customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, and experience in logistics or transportation; strong customer service and TMS skills are preferred for accurate data handling and timely updates.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Track and manage expedited shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Proactively communicate shipment updates to customers.
• Resolve delays and service issues with effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in the TMS.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Bid, schedule, and dispatch shipments, ensuring compliance.
• Assist with bookings, documentation, tracing, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report as assigned.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
