Connect Group N.V. is seeking an Import/Export Logistics Specialist to coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and internal procedures.

You will manage documentation, collaborate with brokers and forwarders, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Applicants should have a technical or bachelor's degree in logistics or international trade and 2–4 years of related experience.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, import/export processes, and domestic transportation.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of import, export, customs, and international shipping documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor import, export, and domestic shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Air Waybills (AWB).
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution and customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking and provide operational updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Support logistics cost monitoring and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company procedures.

Join our Supply Chain team as an Import / Export Logistics Specialist and play a key role in supporting our import, export, and domestic logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

As an Import / Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics activities while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and monitoring import, export, and domestic shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Air Waybills (AWB).
• Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution and customs clearance.
• Maintaining accurate shipment tracking and providing operational updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting logistics cost monitoring and identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations, import/export processes, and domestic transportation.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of import, export, customs, and international shipping documentation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Languages

• Spanish: Native or professional proficiency.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (B1-B2), with the ability to communicate effectively with international logistics partners and stakeholders.
