DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Marketplace Live Operations Representative to address the needs of our partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails with a focus on timely, high-quality resolutions and positive outcomes.

This full-time role reports to the Marketplace Live Operations Supervisor and may include evenings, weekends, or holidays due to our 24/7 operation.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• High technical fluency, including a typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilience in changing environments.
• Excellent written communication skills with brand-appropriate tone.

Responsabilidades

• Handle three main channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails for DoorDash’s partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide.
• Address time-sensitive issues such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting promptly.
• Develop deep expertise in how DoorDash’s processes, systems, and resources work to drive positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and relationship-building.
• Excel at quality and maintain a customer-obsessed mindset in interactions.
