Job summary

DoorDash Labs in Mexico City is hiring a Support Specialist to join our Support Team. You’ll assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs, handling incoming calls and cases and performing outbound calls for autonomous deliveries.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the customer, dasher, and merchant experience, participate in testing new processes, and help translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for our products and services.
