We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our team in Santa Fe Norte, Mérida, with 8:00–18:00 work hours and no prior required experience.

The role includes coordinating various services by contacting providers to dispatch support to customers and ensuring timely responses while providing a helpful, professional service.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service.
• Work hours 8:00−18:00.
• High school diploma completed.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
