Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high level Customer Service; ensure customer needs are taken care of.
• Answer phone calls and provide solutions as advised by GM and VP, including status and updates.
• Follow up on Customer orders and provide efficient information to the team and Customers.
• Update each order daily with notes and notifications in Quick Base.
• Follow up on and update shipping, provide status on CSOs and work orders.
• Maintain diplomacy and tact with upset or escalated callers.
