Uline, Mexicali branch, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Fast, friendly, customer focused, you will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. Pay from $35,500 pesos per month to $38,000 pesos per month; on-site shifts available at Mexicali branch.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries using call center technology.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer questions quickly.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
