Uline, Mexicali Branch, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast, on-site environment. You will process orders and inquiries via phone, email and chat, help customers navigate Uline's online ordering, and become a product and solutions expert with thorough training and support.

Requirements include a high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, with training provided.
• On-site, fast-paced call-center environment with world-class technology.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
