Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Monterrey branch. The role focuses on building customer relationships, providing solutions and delivering legendary service in a fast, on-site environment.

You'll handle orders and inquiries via phone, email and chat, become a product and solutions expert, and participate in training and development.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
