Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Mexicali. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries by phone, email and chat, and help customers navigate our website.

The role offers on-site shifts, comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities to grow with a stable, expanding company. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a high school diploma is the minimum.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer questions quickly.
