Concentrix in Mérida, Yucatán is seeking Customer Service Agents - Bilingual to join our team. You will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, delivering attentive support and resolving routine problems regarding our clients’ products or services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months minimum of call center experience (desired).
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
