ResortCom International is seeking a bilingual Services Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with financial obligations and vacation-related inquiries. The role emphasizes delivering World Class Service and resolving issues by researching solutions and owning outcomes.

The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-entry skills, with MS Office proficiency and the ability to work flexible hours. Compensation is 20,000 pesos monthly plus bonuses.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service level goals.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Proper phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members.
• Provide world-class service and resolve inquiries.
• Educate members on services, deadlines, and payment obligations.
• Maintain knowledge of resorts, policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service level goals.
• Work flexible schedules and travel for training when required.
