ResortCom International is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Agent for hotel reservations in Guadalajara. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist guests with bookings and provide exceptional service using our Call Quality model.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect a 40-hour week with a base salary plus commissions and benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for reservations and customer service.
• Provide World Class Service using ResortCom standards.
• Resolve issues with proper research, identify solutions, take ownership.
• Maintain knowledge of resorts, policies, products and services.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Work flexible schedules as business needs require.
