Redwood Logistics LLC in Monterrey is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to support daily operations within Redwood Multimodal. You will provide outstanding customer service, oversee workflows, build loads, schedule pickups, and ensure accurate data entry in Redwood’s TMS while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, sharp multitasking skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish with clear written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer operations or logistics is preferred.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational workflow for designated accounts and provide excellent service.
• Identify and resolve customer problems and order delays.
• Schedule freight pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Enter data accurately in Redwood’s TMS system.
• Provide freight status updates to shippers, receivers, customers and internal teams.
• Communicate updates to customer and carrier account teams as needed.
• Verify freight charges and reconcile discrepancies before invoicing.
• Generate paperwork for orders and maintain attention to detail.
• Solve problems related to customer shipments efficiently.
