Job summary

CH. Robinson in Monterrey is seeking a Cash Application Representative to support accurate payments across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

You will research, apply, and reconcile customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, precise cash posting. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment while supporting Mexico cash

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Post incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all Cash Application policies.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients, and Cash Application team.
• Independently solve problems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the application of customer payments.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership.
• Process a high volume of transactions daily.
• Support new team members by answering questions and supporting problem solving activities as needed.
• Accurately and efficiently create and batch payments into the Cash Application system where automatic batching doesn't exist.
• Play an active role by contributing ideas for developing process improvements with incoming payments.
• Support Mexico Cash Application process.
• Handle the processing of Complementos de Pago for Mexico tax compliance.
