Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong AR experience, especially in Cash Application.
• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of financial transactions.
• Experience performing reconciliations and account analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics or similar).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and timely within the ERP system.
• Analyze deposits and ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve payment-related issues, unapplied cash, and account variances.
• Review and validate payment documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support account cleanup initiatives and maintain AR balances integrity.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate findings and provide solutions.
• Explain accounting impacts and reconciliation results in meetings.
