Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Monterrey is seeking a Cash Application Representative to maintain accurate cash postings and ensure timely application of payments across North America. You will research, analyze, and apply customer payments while supporting finance operations.

On-site two days a week with remote flexibility three days, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements for a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of banking transactions (ACH, wires, checks, cards).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely internal and external communication.
• Adhere to Cash Application policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and Cash Application team.
• Independently resolve payment application discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Process a high volume of transactions daily.
• Support new team members and problem solving activities.
