Job summary

AMS is seeking a Manager, I&I Hub Operations to lead a delivery hub in Monterrey, ensuring best-in-class service and people management. You will drive insights, collaborate across I&I Partners and Data Strategy, and implement new approaches to service delivery.

You will lead a matrix team, align with client objectives, and manage budgets while delivering actionable analytics to support decision making. The role is hybrid with one day on-site in Monterrey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team within a matrix I&I Hub environment for performance and operations.
• Develop AMS talent through hiring, induction, objective setting, performance management and retention.
• Build a collaborative culture across AMS and client base.
• Ensure delivery of I&I Hub services in line with budget and forecasts.
• Own I&I Hub delivery and timely delivery of actionable insights.
