Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in inventory management, optimization, planning, and IBP/SIOP in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record improving working capital, inventory levels, and service levels.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the H&B inventory optimization roadmap across units, regions, sites, product families, and inventory categories.
• Translate objectives into prioritized actions with owners, due dates, benefits, and risk assessments.
• Lead governance for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory (SLOB) and implement improvements.
• Improve segmentation, stocking strategies, safety stocks, policies, and planning parameters.
• Drive deployment and reduce inventory imbalances across plants and DCs with clear business rationale.
• Partner with Finance to validate working-capital improvements and value realization.
