Job summary

Nutanix in Mexico City seeks a Manager, BI & Systems Operations to lead a team delivering analytics, reporting, and administration of core business systems. You will partner with senior leaders to provide insights, drive operational excellence, and enable data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will develop team capabilities, govern processes, and lead performance reporting with executive presentations. Strong Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, or business ops.
• 3+ years people leadership.
• Advanced Excel and data presentation skills.
• Experience building executive-level reports and QBRs.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BI Analysts and Sys Admins.
• Set priorities and operating processes with accountability.
• Own reporting, analytics, dashboards, and systems management.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and adoption.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Provide insights and decision support to executives.
• Develop QBRs and performance reporting with data-driven narratives.
• Create compelling presentations for leadership audiences.
• Support planning, forecasting, and workforce management.
