Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Business Analyst for its Global Shared Services to deliver insightful dashboards and reports across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Processing. Hybrid work in Monterrey requires collaboration with global teams and strong BI expertise.

You will gather requirements, design scopes, run workshops, and train stakeholders on KPIs using SAP Business Objects and Power BI. A data-driven mindset and cross-functional cooperation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar analytical role with stakeholder-friendly outputs
• Experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders across levels
• Strong understanding of SAP Business Objects in BW/ERP environments
• Proficiency with Power BI and BI toolsets
• Expert data extraction and manipulation skills; SQL/Python/VBA
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards for GSBS Operational Performance
• Collaborate with GSBS teams to scope and fulfill reporting needs
• Source large, complex data sets to solve business problems
• Provide BI best-practice guidance to customers
• Manage projects with clear progress, risks, and dependencies
• Engage with stakeholders and train users on KPIs and insights
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
