IFF is seeking a strategic Inventory Optimization Lead for its Health & Biosciences hub in Mexico. You will own the end-to-end inventory agenda, balancing working-capital improvements with customer service and supply continuity, while partnering with AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.

You will drive governance for slow-moving inventory and partner with Finance to quantify financial impacts, influencing planning across plants, DCs, and regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Substantial experience in inventory management, optimization, planning, and analytics.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP and complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to deliver working capital and inventory improvements.
• Strong collaboration across global teams and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the H&B inventory optimization roadmap across units, regions, sites, and categories.
• Translate objectives into prioritized actions with owners, due dates, benefits, and risks.
• Lead governance for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory (SLOB).
• Challenge and improve segmentation, safety stock, stocking policies, and planning parameters.
• Partner with Finance to validate working-capital improvements and cost reductions.
