TransPerfect is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Mexico City to administer and maintain our benefit programs, manage leaves under FMLA/ADA, and coordinate accommodations with HR.

You will work with vendors, ensure eligibility and proper deductions in Workday, and support open enrollment and communications.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR and two years of HR experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups).
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain company benefit programs, including health, disability, and retirement plans.
• Communicate with employees on benefits eligibility, coverage, and questions.
• Liaise with vendors and manage eligibility and coverage matters.
• Maintain employee eligibility with carriers and within Workday.
• Audit benefits bills monthly and process payments.
• Organize benefits orientation and open enrollment.
• Oversee FMLA/ADA leave administration and return-to-work processes.
• Inform managers and employees on interaction of leave laws with PTO and disability benefits.
