Job summary
Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a BD Director, Payments based in Mexico to drive regional growth in digital payments and on-chain finance. You will lead partnerships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, and other ecosystem players, and shape go-to-market strategies across Mexico and Central America.
You will work with legal, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to turn opportunities into actionable initiatives, oversee pilots, and maintain visibility into performance using CRM and
Qualifications
- 6+ years in financial services, fintech, or blockchain (payments/stablecoins/institutional crypto)
- Established network across Mexico and Central America
- Experience leading strategic BD initiatives and partnerships
- Strong understanding of on-chain finance, DeFi, stablecoins
- Knowledge of regulations across Mexico and Central America for digital assets
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, CEXs, wallets, and market makers
- Promote blockchain payment solutions and roadmap (on-chain FX, cross-border remittances)
- Structure and lead partnership initiatives and commercial agreements
- Develop go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with legal, engineering, marketing, finance
