BCO COE Mexico Lead - Credit Risk & Operations

HSBC is seeking a VP, BCO COE in Mexico to lead the first line credit management office within CCM. You will implement a robust underwriting process, monitor risk controls, and partner with RM and WCMR to deliver consistent credit outcomes across LATAM and Spain over the medium term.

The role requires deep CCM/credit experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with risk, sales, and operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in CCM or credit background with strong loan portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record leading senior stakeholders and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Investment Banking including Securities, Treasury, FX, Derivatives, ESG risk.

Aufgaben

• Country head of BCO COE team in Mexico.
• Deliver BCO tasks in line with OKRs, SLAs and KPIs for own portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end CCM journey for seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with WCMR and other key stakeholders for optimization initiatives.
• Manage a team of contractors and permanent staff, ensuring productivity.
