Openbank Mexico is seeking a Head of Credit to define and lead the credit strategy for the Mexican market, building a robust, scalable model aligned with growth, risk appetite, and customer needs. You will own end-to-end portfolio performance, P&L, and risk-adjusted profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Risk, and Technology, and the ability to translate strategy into policy, operations, and digital credit journeys across consumer

Formación

• Significant senior experience in credit, lending, or consumer finance.
• Proven track record defining or scaling credit strategies and portfolios.
• Experience owning P&L and portfolio performance in finance.

Responsabilidades

• Define the end-to-end credit strategy for Openbank Mexico and growth roadmap.
• Own the credit P&L, balance origination, pricing, and risk-adjusted profitability.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio management and governance across teams.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to design digital credit journeys and scorecards.
• Drive strategic decisions with senior stakeholders and align with regulatory expectations.
