HSBC Mexico is seeking a BCO Analyst to own the end-to-end credit process for Wholesale Banking clients, supporting Relationship Managers with structured credit solutions in line with financial needs and regulatory guidelines.

The role focuses on financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with back-office teams, with emphasis on strong communication in English and cross-functional coordination across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in economics, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English; able to produce credit applications in English.

Responsabilidades

• Structure credit solutions for corporate clients; assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor lending portfolio and ensure completeness of credit files for operations.
• Interact with Relationship Managers and clients to gather documentation and information for analysis.
• Maintain communication bridges with back-office teams (spreading, monitoring, operations, legal).
