Ford Motor Company is seeking a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing team. The role supports high‑volume battery pack design, launch, and process development across North America and Mexico.
This position requires traveling to the USA approximately 70% of the time and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver PFMEA, SCCAF, and SCC work instructions while ensuring alignment with MPS and PD processes.

Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineering is a cross-functional team having the primary responsibility to procure equipment and launch assembly processes for battery packs used in the electric vehicles at plants across North America and Mexico.
