Ford Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for Battery Pack Assembly. You will join a cross-functional team to design, validate, and launch high-volume battery pack processes across North America and Mexico. Extensive travel within North America (approx. 70%) is required.
The role requires a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and 2+ years on major projects, with CAD/PLM tool experience and strong communication skills.

Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineering is a cross-functional team having the primary responsibility to procure equipment and launch assembly processes for battery packs used in the electric vehicles at plants across North America and Mexico.
