Ford Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for Battery Pack Assembly. You will join a cross-functional team to design, validate, and launch high-volume battery pack processes across North America and Mexico. Extensive travel within North America (approx. 70%) is required.

The role requires a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and 2+ years on major projects, with CAD/PLM tool experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years on major manufacturing projects.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with CAD/PLM tools (AutoCAD, Siemens PLM).
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Design, run off, install, and launch high volume battery packs.
• Provide manufacturing input to product design.
• Support assembly station, transport, and test equipment design & procurement.
• Lead ROC after builds; drive PDCA for issue resolution.
• Develop PFMEA and SCCAFs; ensure MDS adherence.
