Ford Motor Company in Mexico seeks a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing team. You will design, run off, install and launch high-volume battery packs and provide manufacturing input to product design.

The role requires extensive travel to the USA (~70%) and collaboration across teams. You will develop PFMEA, support equipment validation and lead builds through ROC during program timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience on major projects in manufacturing or PM roles.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Design, run off, install and launch high-volume battery packs.
• Provide manufacturing input to product design.
• Support assembly stations, transport and test equipment.
• Lead and support builds through ROC and implement PDCA.
• Develop PFMEA and cooperate with PD for SCCAFs.
• Collaborate with all levels of personnel during programs.
